螺旋CT血管造影对腹主动脉瘤的应用价值

目的：评价螺旋CT血管造影（SCTA）对腹主动脉瘤（AAA）的应用价值。材料和方法；23例AAA患者，均行SCTA检查，其中16例经手术证实，3例系腔内隔绝术（ESGE）术后随访检查，结果：SCTA在AAA的诊断中，轴位图像准确可靠，多平面重建（MPR），表面遮蔽显示（SSD），最大密度投影9MIP）和容积显示（VR）在空间关系的显示上有优势。SCTA可在术前对AAA进行评估，并与手术结果相符。ESGE术后随访检查，VR和MPR能够显示支架及支架周围情况。SSD和MIP不能提供更多的信息，结论：SCTA在AAA的诊断，术前评估和术后随访中具有良好的应用价值。

Application of spiral CT angiography in abdominal aortic aneurysm

Objective:To evaluate the value of spiral CT angiography(SCTA)in abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA).Mate-rials and Methods:Twenty-three patients with AAA underwent SCTA and16cases were confirmed by operation.Three cas-es after endovascular stent-graft exclusion(ESGE)had follow up examinations.Results:For the diagnosis of SCTA in AAA,axi-al image was the most accurate,but MPR,SSD,MIP,VR were better in showing the space relationship.SCTA could give preoperative evaluation of AAA and its findings coincided well with the operative findings.VR and MPR could depict the position and anatomic relationship of the stent after ESGE,whereas SSD and MIP could not provide other more useful infor-mations.Conclusion:Spiral CT angiography is a valuable tool in the diagnosis,preoperative evaluation and postoperative fol-low-up of abdominal aortic aneurysm.
