摘    要:研究了 4 磺酸酯 2 ,2 ,6,6 四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基 (STMP)的抗脂质过氧化作用 .结果表明 ,STMP显著抑制丙二醛 (MDA)的生成 ,其抑制心 ,肝 ,肾MDA生成的IC50 分别为 4 .4 ,3.2及 3.7μmol·L- 1;对抗溶血反应 ,其IC50 为 318.3μmol·L- 1;但不影响O2 ÷ 的生成 .提示STMP通过清除·OH而对抗脂质过氧化

Abstract:The effect of antioxidation of4-sulfonate-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidineoxyl (STMP) in tissues and erythrocytes from rats were studied by determining malondialdehyde (MDA) formation induced by .OH free radical generation system (Fe2+-ascorbic acid) in homogenate of heart, liver and kidneys of rats using thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method, by measuring spectrometrically H2O2-caused hemolysis and by assaying superoxide anion from zymosan-stimulated neutrophils of rats. The results showed that STMP markedly inhibited MDA generation caused by .OH generation system with IC50 value 4.4(in heart), 3.2(in liver) and 3.7(in kidneys) μmol.L-1, respectively, antagonized H2O2-caused hemolysis (IC50=318 μmol.L-1), but did not affect O2÷ formation from activated neutrophils. It is suggested that STMP exert their antilipoperoxidative effect by specifically scavenging .OH free radicals and H2O2 in biological system.
