| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨季节及年龄对急性脑出血病发病的影响。方法 对1824例急性脑血管病患者发病时的季节、年龄进行回顾性分析。结果 脑梗死患者在7、8、11、12、次年1月份，即夏季、冬季发病人数增多（P＜0．05）。脑出血病人在11、12、次年1月份，即冬季发病人数明显增多（P＜0．01）。急性脑血管病病人发病年龄在50岁以上者占83．01％。结论 50岁以上人群在夏季、冬季、尤其是冬季易发生脑血管病。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the influence of season and age on cerebrovascular diseases Methods: the relationship between 1824 patients of cerebrovascular diseases and seasons and age were studied respectively Results: The occurrence of cerebral infarction increased in the months of July, Auguest, November, December and January(P<0 05) There was a significant increase of the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the months of November December and January (P<0 01) The patients over 50 year 0ld were predominant, with the occurrence of 82% Conclusion: The attacks of cerebrovascular diseases are very liable in summer and winter, especially those of the patients over 50 years old in winter |
