| 摘 要： | 目的观察大鼠在亚急性缺氧时，主要脏器中铁(Fe)含量的变化。方法将大鼠暴露于7km高度，停留1．5h／d；应用WFX-Ⅱ型原子吸收分光光度计分别测定大鼠心、脑、肝、脾、肺及血浆中Fe的含量。结果亚急性缺氧使大鼠体内血浆、脑、肝及脾中Fe含量明显降低，而心、肺中Fe含量明显升高。结论对短期进入高原这种低压缺氧环境的群体，在营养卫生保障工作中应增加Fe的摄入量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of Fe content in main organs of rats under the condition of subacute hypoxin.Methods:With rats exposed at an altitude of 7 km for 1.5h each day ,Fe content in heart,brain,liver,spleen,lungs and plasma were determined through WFX II FAAS.Results:Subacute hypoxin caused a significant decrease of Fe content in the plasma,brain,liver and spleen,but an increase in the heart and lungs.Conclusion:For those exposed to subacute hypoxin in high altitude environment for a short time,the intake of Fe should be improved. |
