| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低剂量洛伐他汀透皮进药对大鼠骨折愈合的影响。方法 60只健康12周龄雌性SD大鼠通过建立股骨骨折内固定模型,透皮组（30只）以洛伐他汀（5mg·kg―1.d―1）混合促透皮剂,外敷于剃毛后的大鼠背面,对照组（30只）给与同样剂量的促透皮剂,均治疗5d。骨折后1、2及4周处死大鼠取标本,通过X线片、生物力学及组织学分析进行骨折愈合质量评价。结果透皮组骨痂横截面积在术后1及2周均大于对照组（〈0.01）,骨痂最大载荷在术后2及4周均大于对照组（〈0.01）。组织学显示透皮组新生编织骨较对照组多且排列致密。结论低剂量洛伐他汀透皮进药可促进大鼠骨折愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of low-dose transdermal Lovastatin on promoting healing in the rat femur. Methods 60 healthy,12-week-old female SD rats were chosen to establish the femur fracture internal fixation models. Lovastatin (5 mg. kg-1. d-1) mixed with promoting transdermal agent was applied to the drug-treated group,and the same dose of promoting transdermal agent was given to the vehicle group.
