奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶治疗高龄晚期结肠癌的疗效和安全性

目的：观察奥沙利铂（L-OHP）联合亚叶酸钙（CF）和氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）治疗高龄晚期结肠癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法：39例高龄晚期结肠癌患者被随机分成治疗组21例和对照组18例。两组患者均接受两个周期的化疗后，进行近期疗效和不良反应的评价。结果：治疗组获得部分缓解10例、病情稳定9例、进展2例；对照组获得部分缓解6例、病情稳定10例、病情进展2例．两组间有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组和对照组骨髓抑制毒性反应的发生率分别为38．10％（8／21）和66．67％（12／18），胃肠道反应发生率分别为42．86％（9／21）和83．33％（15／18），均有显著性差异（P％0．05）。治疗组中奥沙利铂引起的外周感觉神经异常发生率为47．62％（10／21）。结论：用L-OHP联合CF和5-FU的化疗方案治疗高龄晚期结肠癌患者，近期疗效较好，患者耐受性好，值得进一步观察。

The efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of old patients with advanced colon cancer

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin(L-OHP) combined with calcium folinate(CF) and fluorouracil(5-FU) in treatment of old patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods: Thirty-nine old patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into two groups,21 patients in treatment group and 18 patients in control group.The former(received) L-OHP+CF+5-FU,while the latter was treatd with carboplatin + CF+5-FU.The treatment was composed of 2 cycles.(Results:) In the treatment group,there were 10 cases of partial relief,9 cases of no change and 2 cases of progression,while in control group,there were 6 cases of partial relief,10 cases of no change and 2 cases of progression.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of myelosuppression were 38.10%(8/21) and 66.67%(12/18) in treatment group and control group,respectively.The rates of gastrointestinal side reaction were 42.86%(9/21) and 83.33%(15/18) in treatment group and control group,respectively.The difference in the rates of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal side effects between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of sensory neuritis caused by L-OHP was 47.62%(10/21) in treatment group.Conclusion: L-OHP combined with CF and 5-FU is effective in the treatment of old patients with advanced colon cancer and the toxicity is mild and tolerable.
