| 摘 要： | 目的 :对泸州地区孕产妇及其新生儿头发中总汞含量调查与分析。方法 :用冷原子吸收法对泸州地区 12 3对孕产妇及其新生儿头发中总汞含量进行调查和检测。结果 :新生儿头发中汞含量显著高于孕产妇 (F =16 .935 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,孕产妇及其新生儿头发中汞含量呈正相关 (r=0 .348,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :孕产妇及其新生儿头发中总汞含量都低于国家规定的发汞标准且新生儿发汞含量显著高于母亲 (P <0 .0 0 1)

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate and analyse the overall content of Hg in hair of pregnant and parturient women and neonates. Methods: Investigation and detection of the overall content of Hg in hair of 123 pregnant and parturient women and their neonates by cold atomic absorption technique in luzhou city. Results: The overall content of Hg in hair of neonates is more than that of pregnant and parturient women (F=16.935,P<0.001), the overall content of Hg in hair of 123 pregnant and parturient women and their neonates has positive correlation(r=0.348,P<0.001). Conclusion: The overall content of Hg in hair of pregnant and parturient women and neonates is less than the domestic criterion the overall content of Hg in hair of neonates is more than that of pregnant and parturient women. |
