递增负荷训练对大鼠骨骼肌肌浆网Na^+,K^+-ATP酶和Ca^2+-ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:【目的】研究递增负荷训练对大鼠骨骼肌肌浆网Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性的影响。【方法】参照BEDFORD TG标准,采用跑台运动方式,建立大鼠递增负荷训练模型。将24只大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组(n=8)、递增负荷运动4周组(n=8)和递增负荷运动6周组(n=8)。超速离心法提取大鼠骨骼肌肌浆网,测定肌浆网Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性。【结果】递增负荷运动组Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性较正常对照组显著升高(P〈0.05)。【结论】实验结果表明,一定时间的递增负荷训练可提升骨骼肌肌浆网Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性。

Abstract:【Objective】 To observe the effects of incremental load training on the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in Rats'skeletal muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum.【Methods】Consulting BEDFORD TG' standards,we established the motion models using treadmill running at different work intensities.Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group(n=8),4-weeks'incremental load training group(n=8)and 6-weeks'incremental load training group(n=8).Then rats' skeletal muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum were preparied and the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were determined.【Results】The activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase of incremental load training group are significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05) 【Conclusion】The results suggest that the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in rats'skeletal muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum are protected by incremental load training.
