| 摘 要： | 对针灸治疗周围性面瘫常见的远端取穴，近端取穴和透穴的具体应用进行分析，同时分析针灸治疗周围性面瘫的治疗时机，早期治疗具有缩短病程的作用，但不宜进行针刺强刺激，并讨论了在患侧进行针灸治疗的具体时机。
