针刺联合推拿治疗习惯性便秘24例

[目的]观察针刺联合推拿治疗习惯性便秘疗效。[方法]对24例患者使用毫针刺法,主穴为天枢、足三里、支沟及水道、归来;推拿以腰背部膀胱经、腹部为主,连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈8例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率为95.80%。[结论]针刺联合推拿治疗习惯性便秘疗效满意。

Acupuncture and Massage Forhabitual Constipation24 cases

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and massage treatment on habitual constipation.[Methods]In 24 patients with and massage method,the Acupuncture main point for Tianshu,Zusanli,Zhigou,Shuidao,Guilai;the massage point for bladder meridian,Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]Heal 8 cases,improvement in15 cases,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate of 95.80%.[Conclusion]Treatment of habitual constipation effectively with this therapy.
