彩超在小乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿块鉴别诊断中的价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对小乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿块鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法应用二维超声与彩色多普勒血流显像技术检查110个小乳腺肿块，观察肿块二维形态和彩色血流特点，进行综合分析；并与病理组织学结果对照。结果二维超声与CDFI综合分析诊断小乳腺癌准确率为90．9％。两组间血流分级及RI、Vmax值之间有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论彩超中肿块形态、边界及内部血流形态和RI、Vmax值可作为乳腺良、恶性肿块鉴别诊断的重要指标。二维超声与CDFI联合应用可提高小乳腺癌的诊断率。

Differential Diagnosis Between Small Breast Carcinoma and Benign Breast Lesion on Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis value between small breast cancer and benign breast lesion on color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）. Methods 110 breast masses were detected using two-dimensional ultrasonography and CDFI, the grayscale and flow features of the masses were observed and analyzed, and compared with pathology. Results The accuracy .of diagnosing small breast cancer was 90.9% through 2D uhrasonography and CDFI. The signal grading of blood stream, RI and Vmax on. CDFI was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The shape of lumps, the echo at the edges, distribution of blood vessels and RI in side the lumps detected on CDFI are the key criteria for differential diagnosis of small breast cancer and benign breast lesion. Combination of CDFI and 2D ultrasonography can improve diagnosis of the small breast cancer.
