| 摘 要： | 从临床及动物实验角度，探讨胃溃灵对消化性溃疡患者免疫功能的调节作用。结果表明：溃疡患者胃液IgG水平明显低于正常人，而SIgA明显高于正常人，经胃溃灵治疗后，消化性溃疡患者胃液中IgG水平显著提高，SIgA水平显著降低，两者与正常人比较无显著性差异、实验结果，胃溃灵能明显提高小白鼠血清抗体效价，增加其血清溶菌酶含量，增强其单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。提示胃溃灵对机体免疫功能有良好的调节作用。

| Abstract: | According to a great deal of clinical cases and animal experiments. the imnlunoregulatory function of weikuiling WKL on peptic ulcer was considered, the results indicated: (1 ) Pretreatment level of IgG was apparently subnormal and SIgA was obviously higher than normal in the gastric juice of patients with peptic ulcer. Aftertreatment level of IgG was evidently enhanced,meanwhile, SIgA was decreased clearly. Furthermore there was no significant difference between two. (2) WKL could increase the serum antibody and serum lysozyme contents and reinforce phagocytic function of mononuclear-macrophage in the mice. The above-mentioned stlggested that WKI could regulate body's immune function perfectly. |
