人才强校战略指导下的地方医学院校师资队伍建设研究

随着人才强国战略的实施，高校逐步建立“人才强校”的发展战略。师资队伍建设是“人才强校”战略的核心内容，努力建设高水平的师资队伍是高校实施“人才强校”战略的必然途径。地方医学院校必须坚持以“人才强校”作为师资队伍建设的主线，通过集中资源、人才引进，创造条件、加强培养、深化改革、创新机制，加强领导、增加投入等举措，完善师资队伍结构，促进师资队伍的可持续发展，为实现“人才强校”战略目标提供坚强的人才保证。
