概念图方法在诊断学心电图教学中的应用

摘    要:概念图是一种学习工具,其通过将各种概念及其关系以阶梯层次的形式进行排列,从而形成有效的认知结构,并可以通过概念同化纳入更多知识,扩展构建知识体系。在诊断学学习中,以概念图的形式讲授心电概念和心电图学知识,直观、系统地表达基础心电理论,可以辅助心电图教学。在基本概念图的对照下,指导学生阅读正常与异常的心电图,并扩展出更为详尽的概念图,可以使学生产生心电图的“有意义学习”。初步实践结果显示,在诊断学心电图教学中应用概念图方法具有较好的教学效果。

Abstract:Concept mapping is a pedagogical tool, which to represent the relationships between relevant concepts within a given subject area. Concept mapping can assistant electrocardiogram teaching in diagnostics. This tool allows teacher to organize and present the basic knowledge of electrophysiology and e-lectrocardiogram. It also could promote student’ s electrocardiogram interpretation skills. Students could use constructed concept maps to solve problems, when they reading normal and abnormal electrocardiograms. It is a strategy that assists learners to develop a self-appraisal network of electrocardiogram and also stimulates critical thinking and meaningful learning in students. It suggests that mediation through concept maps is an effective alternative for teaching electrocardiogram in diagnostics.
