案例教学方法在耳鼻咽喉科学见习教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨案例教学方法在耳鼻咽喉科学见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取在温州医科大学附属温岭医院耳鼻咽喉科见习的温州医科大学2006级~2008级临床医学专业四年级82名本科学生为研究对象。2006级学生为对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法;2007级学生为实验一组,2008级学生为实验二组,实验一组和实验二组均采用案例教学方法。通过观察3组学生见习考核成绩、期末考试成绩、学习满意度调查结果,分析比较两种教学方法的实施效果。结果实验一组和实验二组学生在见习考核成绩、期末考试成绩、学习满意度方面均高于对照组学生,其差异均有统计学意义。结论2年的教学改革实践表明,在耳鼻咽喉科学见习教学中采用案例教学方法的效果优于传统教学方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of case based learning on otolaryngology probation teaching. Methods The undergraduate clinical students in the class of 2006 of Wenzhou Medical University were as control group, used the traditional teaching method; students in the class of 2007 and 2008 as experimental group 1 and 2 respectively, applied case-based learning method. Their probation appraisal result, the final exam, learning satisfaction survey, and teaching effect were analyzed and compared. Results Compared group 1 and group 2 with control group respectively, both group 1 and group 2 showed higher grades than the control group on trainee evaluation results, final examination results and learning satisfaction. These differences have statistical significance. Conclusions Through 2 years practice, the teaching effect of case-based learning was better than the traditional method in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery.
