摘    要:课堂教学质量评价的多元综合性关系到整体教学质量的提高.多元综合性评价体系包括教师授课质量、教学课件质量、学生对教学效果满意度、学生学习状态及教学环境等方面.课堂教学的反馈包括教学督导对授课质量反馈、对学生及教学环境的反馈,也包括学生对教师授课效果的反馈.通过对一学年100次评课实践结果进行总结和分析,证实多元综合评价和反馈体系具有全面性和准确性的特点,是促进教学质量提高的有效措施.

Study and practice on diverse and comprehensive evaluation and feedback on classroom teaching quality

Abstract:Diverse and comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching quality is closely related to the improvement of teaching quality. This evaluation comprises teaching quality of teachers, courseware quality, satisfaction and learning status of students, teaching environment, etc. Feedback on classroom teaching includes the inspectors' feedback on teaching quality, students' learning and teaching environment and students' feedback on teaching effects. In this study, the effect of this model was confirmed by data analyzing of 100 times classroom observation. It is concluded that diverse and comprehensive evaluation and feedback, as an effective tool to improve teaching quality, is accurate and comprehensive.
