武汉大学早期接触临床课程的建设与实践

摘    要:早期接触临床是为临床医学专业设立的临床前教育课程,作为一门新设课程,课程建设十分关键.武汉大学早期接触临床课程建设包括教学手段改革和教学内容建设,实践表明,通过课程建设,该课程教学不仅可以增强学生的法制伦理和医德观念,增强沟通能力,提高动手能力,还能激发学生的主观能动性和创造性思维,同时促进教师业务水平的提高.

Abstract:Early clinical contact is a course that established for clinical program of undergraduates for their pre-elinical education. As a new course, the key lies in its course platform construction. The con- struction of early clinical contact of Wuhan University includes teaching method innovation, e. g. enrich teaching methods and using teaching medical simulation equipment to teach, and teaching content innovation e. g. improve teaching content, strengthen the skills training and increased clinical practices, etc. Practice showed that through course construction, teaching can not only enhance the students' legal ethics and medical ethics concepts, enhance communication skills, improve operating ability, but also stimulate students' initiative and creative thinking, while promoting teachers' professional level.
