新疆少数民族与汉族学生网络评教结果的反差对临床护理学教育的启示

摘    要:目的 根据新疆某大学本科护理学专业少数民族学生班(简称民族班)、汉族学生为主的班级(简称汉族班)网络评教结果多次出现反差较大现象,探讨民族班和汉族班学生不同民族的认知差异,相同的价值取向和情感期望等,反思教学中存在的不足,为提高临床护理学教学质量寻求最佳策略.方法 调查新疆某大学护理学院本科护理学专业2008级、2009级民族班、汉族班学生对临床护理教学管理、质量、价值取向,学生学习习惯,个体情感期望等,并行统计学分析.结果 民族班和汉族班学生对临床护理学教学管理、质量、价值取向,学生学习习惯,个体情感期望等差异明显.结论 面对不同教学对象,应当明其有别、知其所需、投其所好,抓住临床护理学教育薄弱环节,努力创建知识与智慧、思想与价值观,理智与情感共融的高等护理人才教育新局面.

Abstract:Objective According to a university of Xinjiang minorities and Han nationality nursing students class network appraisal results contrast many times larger phenomenon, ethnic minorities and Han nationality medical students in class of individual differences and the different cognitive of things, the same values and emotional state, etc. , to reflect on shortcomings in the course of teaching, in order to improve the hospital clinical nursing teaching quality to seek the optimal strategy. Methods Survey a university school of Medical in Xinjiang ordinary undergraduate class 2008 and 2009 ethnic minorities and Han nationality medical students in clinical medical teaching management, and the value orientation of the teaching quality, students' learning habits, individual emotional expectations, such as parallel statistical a- nalysis. Results Ethnic minorities and Han nationality medical students' class results have obvious differences. Conclusion By ethnic minorities and Han Chinese class online appraisal result difference between phenomenon, in view of the different groups, seize the weak link of clinical nursing education, efforts to create knowledge and wisdom, thinking and values, reason and the emotion communion of higher nursing talents education situation.
