小型猪髁突纵行骨折后咀嚼肌ATP酶组织化学定量研究

摘    要:探讨髁突纵行骨折对幼年小型猪咀嚼肌的影响。方法 中国实验用小型猪 18头 ,行髁状突纵行骨折 ,术后 3月和 6月应用酶组织化学方法观察嚼肌及翼外肌的ATP酶变化。根据肌纤维ATP酶活性差异 ,将肌纤维分为氧化型纤维和酵解型纤维 ,然后应用计算机图像分析系统分析 ,分别得出两型肌纤维纤维个数、直径、光密度等参数 ,双侧对比研究。结果 幼年期小型猪髁状突纵行骨折后 3月和 6月双侧咀嚼肌ATP酶组织化学特征变化一致 ,两型肌纤维直径、酶活性及Ⅰ型纤维百分比构成均无明显变化。结论 髁状突纵行骨折后 ,幼年期小型猪咀嚼肌未见病理性变化。但对其咀嚼肌的长期影响尚有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Purpose The aim of this study was to evaluati the effect ofchildhood miniature pig longitudinal fracture mandibular condyle on masticatory muscle.Methods Weused18childhood miniature pig and make them into longitudinal fracture mandibular condyle asthe model.The masticatory muscle was observed by using ATPase enzyme-histochemicalmethod after three and six months after operation and the number of fibres,diameter and optical densety of two tyne mrscle fibres were measured by image analyser.Results Three or six months after the condylar fracture,the ATPase enzyme-histochemical characteristics two sudes of are identical There are no changes about The diameter and light density of the two types of the fibres of the masseter muscle and the fibre type of the two muscles.Conclusion Itsuggests that three or six months after condylarlongitudinal fracture,there isno pathological change in masticatory muscle of childhood miniature pig and the long-term effect will be studied later.
