替硝唑棒治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效分析

目的观察替硝唑棒治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床效果,并与口服替硝唑进行比较。方法选取急性智齿冠周炎222例,随机分为两组,局部用3%双氧水和生理盐水交替冲洗后擦干,替硝唑棒治疗。治疗组用镊子将甲硝唑药棒置入龈袋内,次日复诊,再放置药棒,共放置3次;口服替硝唑组给予替硝唑片剂(每片500mg),首日顿服2g,第2、3天各顿服1g。结果替硝唑棒治疗组、口服替硝唑组的总有效率分别为93.22%、71.15%。经统计学处理,替硝唑棒治疗组与口服替硝唑组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。替硝唑棒治疗急性智齿冠周炎的效果优于口服替硝唑。结论替硝唑棒治疗急性冠周炎简便、安全、疗效好。

Clinical observation of treatment of acute wisdom teeth periodontitis by tinidazole rod

Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Tinidazole rod in treating acute wisdom teeth periodontitis and compared with infaking Tinidazole. Methods] 222 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, locally washed by 3% hydrogen dioxide solution and saline water and dryed. In Tinidazole rod group patients were instilled Tinidazole rod 1 time one day, totally 3 times, and in Tinidazole group:patients were taken orally Tinidazole 2g in frist day, then 1g in other day, totally 3 day. Results] The effective rate of Tinidazole rod group, Tinidazole infaking group were respectively 93.22% and 71.15%, and these was a statistical significance between two groups (P <0.05) through statistical process. Conclusion] Tinidazole rod is a simple, safe and effective method in treating acute wisdom teeth periodontitis.
