摘    要:目的 选择一种理想的空气消毒法。方法 分别采用紫外线照射协同甲醛熏蒸与臭氧对供应室无菌物品存放间进行空气消毒 ,比较消毒后空气细菌培养的菌落数。结果 臭氧空气消毒后与紫外线协同甲醛空气消毒后比较 ,空气细菌培养菌落有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 臭氧空气消毒穿透力强 ,消毒彻底 ,操作简便易行 ,可取代紫外线协同甲醛消毒

Abstract:Objective To choose a ideal air disinfection method.Methods Using ultraviolet ray plus formaldehyde,or using O 3 alone,air disinfections of aseptic things reserving room in supply department were done.The colony counting of air bacterial culture was compared after disinfections.Results Comparing two kinds of air disinfection (Using O 3,Using Ultraviolet ray with formaldehyde),the numbers of air bacterial culture of two groups were very signifficant difference(P<0.01).Condusions O 2 has great penetrating power,which do air disinfection thoroughly,be operatad easily.Can replace ultraviolet ray plus formaldehyde.
