| 摘 要： | 目的了解选择性颈部肌肉、神经切断(或切除)术治疗痉挛性斜颈(spasmodic torticollis,ST)的临床效果和并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析本组治疗的25例痉挛性斜颈患者的资料,术前根据斜颈类型、CT/MRI、肌电图检查制定个体化的手术方案,采用两联或三联术治疗。结果本组痊愈14例(56%),显效8例(32%),进步3例(12%);伤口皮下积液3例,枕颈部皮肤麻木感8例,颈部支撑乏力2例,无死亡病例。结论选择性颈部肌肉、神经切断术治疗痉挛性斜颈安全有效,但是手术不能过度以防颈部支撑乏力。
