2004-2006年南京市栖霞区公共场所从业人员HBV携带情况

目的了解南京市栖霞区公共场所从业人员HBV携带情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测,对检测结果进行卡方检验。结果栖霞区公共场所从业人员健康体检HBsAg阳性率为2.87%,显著的低于全国HBsAg阳性率平均水平(P<0.01),在HBsAg阳性人群中,男性的HBsAg阳性率均显著高于女性(P<0.01);18岁~年龄组的HBsAg阳性率均显著高于其他3个年龄组(P<0.01)。结论栖霞区公共场所从业人员整体健康状况较好,对从业人员实行持证上岗,严把卫生监、检工作中质量关,加强对从业人员的卫生知识教育,对青壮年人群尤为重要。

HBV Carriage among the Staff in the Public Places of Xixia District of Nanjing during 2004 ～ 2006

Objective] To learn the HBV carriage among the staff of the public places in Xixia District of Nanjing.Methods] ELISA was applied in the detection and the result was analyzed with chi square test. Results] The HBsAg positive rate of the staff was 2.87%,which was significantly lower than that of the national average level(P<0.01);the positive rate of HBsAg among males was significantly higher than that among females(P<0.01);the positive rate of the group aged from 18 to 30 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.01).Conclusion] The overall health condition of the staff in the public places of Xixia District is relatively fine;it is very important to improve the hygienic surveillance work and hygienic education among young people.
