| 摘 要： | 目的:研究补肾活血中药对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达的影响。方法:取雄性SD大鼠54只,实验设正常对照组、模型组、补肾活血药物干预组,观察MMP-2的表达。结果:通过免疫组化、流式细胞术、免疫蛋白印记以及RT-PCR等方法表明模型组大鼠MMP-2表达较正常对照组明显减少,经补肾活血中药治疗后,MMP-2活性可部分恢复。结论:补肾活血中药能上调MMP-2的表达及活性的部分恢复,使得胶原合成减少,在延缓肾小球疾病的进展,防治肾小球硬化方面具有确切疗效。
