疝环填充式无张力疝修补术在老年腹股沟疝中的应用

目的:探讨疝环填充式无张力疝修补术(mesh plug hernia repair,简称mesh plug修补术)在老年腹股沟疝中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析1996年10月~2006年10月收治的80例老年腹股沟疝患者,其中对照组40例行传统手术,治疗组40例行mesh plug修补术。比较两组的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院日、并发症以及复发率。结果:mesh plug修补术与传统手术相比,手术时间短(P<0.01),下床活动时间早(P<0.01),住院日少(P<0.05),牵扯感并发症少(P<0.05)。结论:meshplug修补术是治疗老年腹股沟疝的首选术式,适合各级医院开展。

Tension-free mesh-plug herniorrhaphy for treatment of inguinal hernia in the aged patients
