| 摘 要： | 本实验测量了改变狗的前后负荷及注射导丙肾上腺素前后右心室一系列指标的变化。根据测得的舒张末压(EDP)、收缩压力峰值(SP)、最大压力上升速度dp/dtmax、Vpm和Q-dp/dt的数据,用因子分析方法,求出公共因子F_1、F_2、F_3的函数表达式。回代运算表明:F_1对变力性因素的敏感性和特异性优于任何单一的原指标。提示利用因子分析方法求得的F_1表达式,可成为多指标综合定量评定右心室心肌收缩性的新的实用方法。

| Abstract: | A series of indices of right ventricle before and after injecting isoprenaline were estimated in dogs with the changing preload, afterload and inotropic state of RV. According to the estimation of RV end-diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, dp/dta , Vpm and Q-dp/dt, the function equations of factor Fl, F2 and F3 were obtained by means of multiple factor analysis. Calculation result indicates that F1, being used as an index of RV myocardial contractility, appaears more sensitive and specific than any original indices.It is suggested that the equation of F1 from factor analysis can be used as a new appropriate method in assessment of RV myocardial contractility. |
