| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨进展期胃肠道癌手术切除后腹腔复发转移的防治方法。方法 对５３例进展期胃肠道癌病人分组行围手术期持续腹腔温热化疗，并对其化疗术后１、２、３年生存率对照研究。结果 ２７例病人施腹腔化疗后１、２、３年生存期分别为８８．４６％，８０．７６％，６９．２３％明显高于对照组的８４．６１％，６１．５％及４６．２％，且并发症与副作用无差异。结论 腹腔温热化疗对进展期胃肠道癌术后复发良好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment for the peritoneal recurrence of the advanced gastrointestinal cancer after radical resection.Methods 53 patients were divided into treated and control group.The 1,2 and 3 year survival rates of each group were analyzed.Results After CHPP 1 6 times for 27 patients in treated group,the 1,2 and 3 year survival rates were 88 4%,80 76% and 69 23% respectively,higher than control group which were 84 61%,61 5% and 46 2% respectively.Conclusion CHPP is an effective way to control the recurrence of advanced gastrointestinal cancer after operation. |
