| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期显微手术治疗破裂脑动脉瘤的经验。方法2001年7月至2004年7月对43例破裂脑动脉瘤进行早期头颅CT扫描及全脑血管造影(DSA)检查确诊,早期手术治疗并作回顾性分析。结果术后随访2月-4年,良好31例,中度残疾6例,重度残疾3例,术后死亡3例,死亡率6.98%。结论早期显微手术治疗破裂脑动脉瘤可减少血管痉挛的危险,提高患者存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the experiences in the early microsurgical treatment with ruptured cerebral aneurysm. Methods Admitted to our hospital from July 2001 to July 2004,and comfirmed by CT scan and DSA,43 patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm were analyzed retrospectively. Rusults The following up from 2 to 48 months showed 31 patients were cured, 6 moderately disabled, 3 severely disabled and 3 (6.98 % ) died. Conclusion Early operative intervention might not only reduce the risks of vascular spasm in patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm, but also improve the survival rate. |
