中药熏洗坐浴治疗急性白血病化疗后肛周感染

目的探讨中药熏洗坐浴治疗急性白血病患者化疗后肛周感染的疗效。方法以住院时间为顺序将住院化疗后发生肛周感染的患者分为对照组（19例）和观察组（21例），对照组实施常规护理及对症治疗，每日晨、晚用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴20min。观察组在对症治疗基础上每日晨、晚采用中药熏洗坐浴。结果治疗第7天，观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药熏洗坐浴治疗急性白血病化疗后肛周感染的效果优于1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。

Effect of Sitz Bath with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Treatment of Perianal Infection in Acute Leukemia Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of perianal infection in acute leukemia patients. Methods Totally, 40 acute leukemia patients with chemotherapy induced perianal infection were divided into an observation group （21 cases） and a control group （19 cases） based on their admission dates. Patients in the control group were given conventional sitz bath with 1 t 5 000 potassium permanganate solution, while their counterparts in the observation group were subjected to sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine. Sitz bath in both groups was conducted every morning and night, and lasted for 20 rain each time. Results On the seventh day after the treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine is better than sitz bath with 1 ： 5 000 potassium permanganate solution for perianal infection in acute leukemia.
