| 摘 要： | 目的：探索数字式X线成像系统在上消化道检查中的应用方法．即适当的窗位、窗宽值，正、负片和FDV的正确选择。材料和方法：采用GE Advantx DR，对30例病人进行上消化道钡餐检查；主要参数：VHRl023 Line；FOV4．5，6，9，12：窗位和窗宽为0～255。结果：上消化道钡餐检查DR的窗位为60～80，窗宽为160～200；应尽量使用正片：FOV的选择一般以6和9英寸为主。结论：遵照此规则进行图像处理，有利于病变显示.

| Abstract: | Purpose:To choose the best level and window,the correct positive and negative film and FOV in the upper GI series examinations.Materials and Methods: Advant X-ray Digital Radiography imaging system.30 Cases of the upper GI series examinations.Main parameters:VHR 1023 Line;FOV 4.5,6,9,12; Level and window is about 0-255. Results:The best level is 60-80 and best window is 160-200; Mostly the positive film ought to be used; The best FOV is 6 or 9 inches.Conclusion:The above mentioned methods will be helpful in demonstrating the lesions clearly. |
