电针结合温灸治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留疗效观察

目的 观察电针结合温灸治疗肛肠病人术后尿潴留的疗效。方法 对所观察的110例随机分为两组。治疗组53例，采用电针结合温灸治疗。对照组57例，用新斯的明0．5mg作臀部肌肉注射。结果 治疗组有效率94．3％，对照组有效率77．2％，两组比较有显著差异，治疗组疗效明显优于观察组。结论 电针结合温灸治疗术后尿潴留方法简单、疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Mild Moxibustion for Treating Anorectal Postoperative Uroschesis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion for treating anorectal postoperative uroschesis. Methods One hundred and ten subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 53 cases was treated by electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion and the control group of 57 cases, by intragluteal injection of neostigmine 0.5 mg.Results The efficacy rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 77.2% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion is methodologically simple and markedly effective in treating postoperative uroschesis and worthy to be clinically popularized and applied.
