摘    要:目的:研究数字乳腺成像DICOM图像头文件中剂量数据的可靠性.方法:采用不同扫描条件扫描乳腺体模;采用电离室剂量计测量体模入射剂量,计算平均腺体剂量并记录DICOM信息中的剂量数据.结果:对于Mo/Mo组合,DICOM图像头文件中入射剂量显示值和实测值的误差为17.30%,MGD显示值和实测值的误差为5.91%;对于Mo/Rh组合,入射剂量显示值和实测值的误差为11.57%,MGD显示值和实测值的误差为3.70%.结论:DICOM信息剂量数据与实测数据基本一致,利用DICOM信息可以估算数字乳腺成像辐射剂量水平

Abstract:Objective:To study the reliability of dose data in DICOM header for digital mammography.Methods:Entrance dose and mean glandular dose(MGD) were measured under different tube voltages and tube currents and dose data in DICOM header were recorded.Results:For Mo/Mo rhodium filter combination,average error of entrance dose was 17.30%,average error of MGD was 5.91%.For Mo/Rh rhodium filter combination,average error of entrance dose was 11.57%,average error of MGD was 3.70%.Conclusion:Dose data in DICOM header is in consistent with the measured data.It can be used to estimate the dose level for digital mammography.
