老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼的护理体会

目的:总结老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼围手术期的护理方法与体会。方法:尽快降低眼压,做好围手术期护理,针对性进行心理疏导。结果:42例老年性白内障膨胀期继发青光眼患者出院眼压均正常,视力均有提高,并发症少。结论:迅速有效的降低眼压可挽救视功能,护理对策得当可减少并发症发生,提高治愈率。

Experience of Nursing Care for Secondary Glaucoma Due to Senile Intumescent Cataract

Objective To summarize the methods and comprehension of nursing care for secondary glaucoma due to senile intumescent cataract in perioperative period. Methods To reduce the eyes pressure of patients as soon as possible, to nurse them well in perioperative period and to give them the psychological leading. Results The eyes pressure of 42 patients sufered from secondary glaucoma due to senile intumescent cataract were normal and vision was all improved and complications were few when they left hospital. Conclusion Reducing eyes pressure effectively and in good time could retrieval the patients optical functions. Appropriate nursing care could decrease the complications and increase the cure rate of secondary glaucoma due to senile intumescent cataract.
