摘    要:目的 了解蒲公英提取物(extract from Taraxacum mogonon,ETM)中总黄酮、多糖的含量.方法 提取ETM中总黄酮和多糖成分,分光光度法测定样品中总黄酮和多糖的含量.结果 以芦丁和葡萄糖为对照品,测定波长分别选择510hm和490nm,稳定性试验显示总黄酮、多糖1 h内吸光度基本稳定,精密度和重现性较好,回收率在95.73%~102.16%之间;其中总黄酮和多糖的平均含量分别为5.51%、14.91%.结论 分光光度法测定ETM中总黄酮、多糖含量准确,并稳定、简单易行且重复性良好,可作为蒲公英中总黄酮和多糖的检测方法.

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to measure the content of total flavone and amylose in the extract prepared from Taraxacum mogonon. Method Flavone and amylose were extracted from Taraxacum mogonon and their contents were measured by a spectrophotometer.
