成都市高校学生艾滋病防治 KAP 现状调查分析?

目的：了解高校大学生对艾滋病防治的相关知识、态度和行为(KAP)，开展对大学生艾滋病预防及干预模式研究。方法对成都地区4所高校在校大学生进行“高校大学生艾滋病防治 KAP 现状”问卷调查，对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果成都地区大学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高(88.7%)，医药与非医药类专业学生知晓率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，预防医学专业知晓率达92.3%，显著高于其他专业，差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)；成都地区大学生对待艾滋病的态度整体倾向积极，但不同群体间有差异。结论关注大学生复杂心理因素，重视健康教育特别是性教育在艾滋病防治宣传教育过程中起到的重要作用，应加强大学生婚前性行为教育，引导其树立正确的恋爱观和性爱观。

KAP on AIDS Prevention and Control among College Students of Some Universities in Chengdu

Objective To study the Knowledge,Attitudes and Practice (KAP)of AIDS prevention and control among college students of some universities in Chengdu and find out mode of solutions to prevent and interfere AIDS among them.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted among students from four colleges and universities using questionnaires named “KAP Status of AIDS prevention and control among college students”. Results The rate of awareness on HIV/AIDS related knowledge was relatively high (88.7%)and there was statistically significant difference (P <0.05 )in terms of awareness rate between medical students and non medical students.The awareness rate of preventive medicine specialty reached 92.3%,which was significantly higher than other majors (P <0.01);Attitudes towards HIV/AIDS as a whole tended to be positive,but there were differences among different groups.Conclusion Paying attention to college students'complex psychological factors and health education,especially sex education,plays an important role in the publicity and education for AIDS prevention and control. College students should be guided more about premarital sex education in order to set up a correct view of love and sex.
