| 摘 要： | 分析医改形势下医院所面临的改革要求和竞争状况,基于对我国医院管理中现有问题的充分认识,指出进行医院资源管理系统建设的必要性,提出系统建设的总体目标和架构,阐明系统建设中的管理责任与任务并对系统成功实施的6大关键性因素进行论述。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the reform requirements and competitive situations faced by hospitals under the circumstance of medical reform. Based on full understanding of existing problems in hospital management in China, it points out the necessity of the Hospital Resource Planning(HRP)nt system construction, proposes the overall goals and framework of system construction, explains the management responsibilities and tasks in the system construction and discusses six critical factors for the successful implementation of the system. |
