| 摘 要： | 高血压患病率逐年增加,大规模临床试验结果已证实控制血压达标是降低未来心血管事件的主要措施。高血压和应用降压药物都是发生体位性低血压(OH)的危险因素,高血压合并OH是老年人中逐渐被认识到的一种常见现象。OH可诱发晕厥、摔伤等症状,流行病学和队列研究发现无症状性OH是心血管事件的独立危险因素。对于高血压患者,如何在控制血压水平达标预防心脑血管事件的同时又能避免OH的发生;对于合并OH的高血压患者,是治疗高血压还是OH;血压应控制到何种水平;这些问题是临床实践中高血压临床医师常常面临的困惑。
