| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同表面处理方法对修复体颜色的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将30个圆盘试件分为3组各10个试件,表面分别采用橡皮轮机械抛光、自身上釉、釉粉上釉处理,测量并比较3组处理前后的表面粗糙度和颜色。结果处理后的瓷修复体表面粗糙度及亮度、色度和彩度3组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3组均明显低于处理前,且色度、彩度值与处理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无论是机械抛光,还是自身上釉,或是釉粉上釉,都可明显改变金瓷修复体材料的亮度,而对材料的色度、彩度影响不大。3种不同表面处理方法对材料的粗糙度、亮度、色度、彩度的影响无差异。
