| 摘 要： | 目的总结广泛粘连性肠梗阻使用单根Forleys导尿管行肠系膜固定小肠排列术的方法和效果。方法 85例广泛粘连性肠梗阻应用单根Forleys导尿管对小肠系膜穿管固定,行小肠外固定肠排列术治疗,总结和评价其技术方法及效果。结果 85例患者手术均顺利完成,术后因心脏疾病死亡1例,发生肠瘘1例;术后行钡餐检查17例,见钡剂在小肠通过顺畅有序;68例获随访,再梗阻1例,偶有轻微腹痛8例。结论使用单根Forleys导尿管行肠系膜固定小肠排列术操作简单,效果肯定,是治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的一种较理想术式。
