| 摘 要： | 目的观察醋酸去炎舒松甲状腺局部注射辅助他巴唑治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的疗效。方法选择2007年1月至2008年12月我院儿科门诊难治性甲亢患儿29例,按就诊日期分为联合治疗组(口服他巴唑+醋酸去炎舒松甲状腺内注射组)和对照组(口服他巴唑组),观察两组临床疗效。结果对照组有效2例,无效12例;联合治疗组有效14例,无效1例。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.29,P<0.005)。治疗结束时两组代谢亢进症状、甲状腺体积、突眼程度、甲状腺功能改善情况比较,联合治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.025)。结论他巴唑治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症时辅助醋酸去炎舒松甲状腺局部注射具有增效作用,醋酸去炎舒松甲状腺局部注射可作为抗甲状腺药物治疗的辅助治疗。
