早期治疗爆震性耳聋8例临床分析

目的:探讨早期治疗爆震性耳聋的疗效.方法:回顾分析80例(113耳)爆震性耳聋患者的临床资料.治疗组40例(58耳)于伤后3～12h内入院治疗,对照组40例(55耳)于伤后1～6月入院治疗.两组治疗方法相同,均给予金纳多52.5mg、能量合剂每日静滴,辅以高压氧治疗,14d一疗程,据病情治疗1～3疗程.结果:治疗组治愈率为89.66%,远高于对照组27.27%,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:爆震性耳聋早期治疗效果明显,无副作用.

Early treatment of explosive hearing loss: Clinical analysis

Objective: To explore the benefit of early treatment of explosive hearing loss.Method: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 cases(113 ears) of explosive hearing loss.Fourty cases of the treatment group(58 ears) were hospitalized in 3~12 hours after injury,and 40 cases of the control group(55 ears)were hospitalized after 1~6 months after injury,with the same treatment method including Ginato 52.5mg / d and energy mixture for vein infusion,with hyperbaric oxygen treatment,for each case.14-day treatment was one course of treatment,with 1~3 courses of treatment based on the condition.Results: The cure rate of early treated group was 89.66%,and that of control group was(27.27%),with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Early treatment of explosive hearing loss is effective without any side effects.
