| 摘 要： | 为提高高校现代教育技术研究课题的水平和效果,引入多项目管理的方法组织课题管理,调整教务处、教育技术中心、课题组的分工和职责,应用项目生命周期等方法进行管理,从而可以面向高校发展战略、合理配置各种资源、提高教育技术课题的研发效益。
