| 摘 要： | 研究了鸡胚细胞的生长规律，葡萄糖的利用和乳酸、氨等代谢产物的积累规律，比较了培养基对细胞生长的促进作用，筛选了合适的微载体，初步探讨了用微载体培养鸡胚细胞的方法。实验结果表明，鸡胚细胞在DMEM培养基中生长良好，最适合的微载体为胶原型微载体，如GT-2，Gytodex-3。

| Abstract: | The growth of Chicken embryo cells,the utilization of glucose and the accumulation of metabolic products such as lactic acid and ammonia were investgated.The progressive effects of media to the chicken embryo cell growth were compared.The suitable microcarriels were chosen.And the methods of chicken embryo cell culture by microcarricrs were given. It was found that chicken embryo cells grow well in DMEM mcdium and the optimum micro-carrier is collagen-type microcarrier,such as GT-2, Cytodex-3. |
