复方磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜与磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗小儿Ⅱ度烧伤创面的比较研究

目的：观察复方磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜治疗小儿Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效和安全性，探讨其在小儿烧伤治疗中的应用价值。方法：133例患儿随机分为复方磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜组70例（甲组）和磺胺嘧啶银霜组63例（乙组），比较两组患儿创面愈合时间、愈合率、药物抗感染效果及不良反应。结果：甲组创面愈合时间较乙组提前（P〈0．05），细菌检出率甲组小于乙组（P〈0．05）。用药后甲组未见加深现象，乙组出现加深现象，两组均无其他不良反应。结论：复方磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜治疗小儿烧伤安全、有效，可促进创面愈合，尤其适用于小儿Ⅱ度创面的治疗。

Comparative study on compound sulfadiazine zinc pingment and silver sulfadiazine cream for partial thickness burn wounds in pediatric patients

Objective To study the application value of compound sulfadiazine zinc pingment for partial-thickness burn wounds in pediatric patients. Methods One hundred and thirty-three pediatric patients with partial-thickness burns were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into group A (treated with compound sulfadiazine zinc pingment, n=70) and group B(treated with silver sulfadiazine cream, n=63). The wound healing time, healing rate, bacterial clearing rate and adverse effect were observed to compare the effect of the topical agents between group A and B. Results The wound healing time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B(P<0.05). The bacterial clearing rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05). And no adverse effect was observed in the two groups during the study. Conclusion Wound healing can be obviously accelerated by the treatment of burn wounds with compound sulfadiazine zinc pingment in pediatric patients, especially for partial-thickness burns.
