近十年温热地区新生儿硬肿症与感染的关系研究(附462例报告)

目的 就温热地区新生儿硬肿症的主要病因及影响其预后的主要因素进行研究.方法 收集了1995年12月至2005年12月本院住院新生儿硬肿症共462例(占同期新生儿的11.4%),就胎龄、体重、出生时情况、临床特征及转归进行回顾性临床分析.结果 新生儿硬肿症在温热地区也是一常见病,也常见于夏秋季节(占53.9%),而围产期感染是导致新生儿硬肿症发病并使病情加重的重要原因.结论 在温热地区,及时防治围产儿感染可以降低新生儿硬肿症的发病率及围产儿死亡率.

The relationship between sclenedema neonatorum and infection in subbropical zone a clinlied case study of 426 patients

Objective To stady the main etiopathogenisis and prognosis related factors of scleredema neonoctoncm in subtropical zone; Methods Retrospective andalysed a total of 462 pediatrie patients hogpitalize in our ward from Dec 1995 to Dec 2005 diagnosed with scleredema neonatorum. Each case was incestigate through conceptus age, boely weight, birth state, clinical man if estation and turnover. Results Our dated showed that scleredema neonatorum was a common and freguently encountered disease in subtropical zone, which was mostly happened in summer and autumn (to take possession of 53.9% in all); perinatal infection was a significance etiological factor and aggravation of the disease. Conclusions We conclude that promptly prevertion and cure of perinatal infection can low the incidence and dath rate of scleredema neonatorum infants.
