呼吸训练对鼻腔填塞患者舒适度影响的调查

目的探讨缩唇腹式呼吸训练对鼻内窥镜术后鼻腔留置填塞物患者舒适度的影响。方法将60例鼻内窥镜术后留置鼻腔填塞物的患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，对照组常规护理，实验组在常规的基础上给予缩唇腹式呼吸训练，观察两组患者术后24h血压、心率、血氧、疼痛程度、睡眠时间、饮食状况和夜间憋醒的差异。结果缩唇腹式呼吸训练对患者术后24h血压、心率、血氧变化有统计学意义（P〈0．05），可缓解患者疼痛，对患者进食状况、睡眠时间有明显改善。结论缩唇腹式呼吸训练能够改善患者术后应激出现的血压、心率、血氧的变化，缓解患者术后疼痛，延长睡眠时间和促进患者食欲，从而增加患者的舒适感觉。

Survey on respiratory training on comfort in patients with nasal packing

Objective To explore the effect of Shrinking lips abdominal breathing training on comfort in patients with nasal packing underwent Endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 60 cases were divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group ( n = 30 ) , Routine nursing were used in control group , while shrinking lips abdominal breathing training was used in experimental group, the two groups were observed after 24h in patients with respect to blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, pain, sleep, food situation and hold up the difference at night. Results Blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen changes were statistically significant (P < 0. 05) in experimental group after 24 h. Shrinking lips abdominal breathing training alleviated patients pain and improve their eating and sleeping. Conclusions Shrinking lips abdominal breathing training can improve the postoperative stress of patients with respect to blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, alleviate patients pain, extent sleeping time and improve loss of appetite, thereby increase patient comfort.
