循证护理对肿瘤患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

目的探讨循证护理对肿瘤患者疼痛以及生活质量的影响效果。方法将126例肿瘤患者随机分为循证护理的观察组以及常规护理的对照组,观察两组患者的疼痛控制情况、护理满意度以及出院后3个月的生活质量。结果经过不同的护理措施后,在疼痛各级评定中,观察组患者均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为93.7%,对照组为79.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。出院后,观察组患者各项生活质量指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者中实施循证护理措施,不仅可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,而且对改善患者的生活质量大有裨益。

Application of evidence-based nursing in cancer patients with pain and quality of life

Objective To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with cancer pain and quality of life. Methods 126 cases of advanced cancer patients were divided into observation group （evidence-based nursing） and control group （routine nursing care） randomly, to observe the pain control and nursing satisfaction and the quality of life after discharged of 3 months. Results After different nursing measure, in pain levels of assessment, the observation group were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.7% , the control group was 79.4%, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈0. 01 ）. After discharge, the observation group all the indicators of quality of life were superior to the control group, the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Implementation of evidence-based nursing measures in cancer patients, not only can effectively reduce the degree of pain, satisfaction with care, but also improve the quality of life.
