椎管内肿瘤55例临床诊治效果分析

目的探讨椎管内肿瘤的影像学诊断和显微技术治疗，以期提高临床治疗质量。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2013年2月间收治的55例椎管内肿瘤患者，均采用磁共振成像（MRI）检查，并全部采用手术治疗，观察影像学诊断和手术切除后病理诊断在诊断率上的差异性。结果MRI诊断椎管内肿瘤和手术病理学总的符合率为84．7％，在神经鞘瘤、脊膜瘤、血管脂肪瘤、蛛网膜囊肿的诊断符合率为100％，而在胶质瘤、室管膜瘤的诊断符合率为87．5％，在星型细胞瘤诊断符合率为75．0％，恶性淋巴瘤符合率为66．7％，肠源性囊肿符合率为80．0％，转移瘤符合率为50．0％。结论MRI在椎管内治疗的影像学特点有差异性，在临床上可鉴别，治疗以手术切除为主。

The research of linical diagnosis and treatment of spinal cord tumor in 55 cases

Objective To investigate the intraspinal tumors imaging diagnosis and treatment of microscopy in order to improve the quality of clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 55 patients with spinal November 2010 February 2013 cancer patients are used MRI, and all were treated by surgery, observed differences in imaging diagnosis and surgical resection in the diagnosis rate. Results MRI diagnosis of spinal tumors and surgical pathology total coincidence rate was 84. 7% , schwannoma, meningioma, angiolipoma arachnoid cyst was 100% ,while in glioma ependymoma diagnosis rate of 87.5% , a rate of 75% in the diagnosis of astroeytoma,malignant lymphoma 66. 7% ,the intestinal cyst meet the rate of 80%, metastases rate of 50%. Conclusions MRI imaging features of the spinal canal treatment differenees, can be identified in the clinical treatment of surgical excision.
