乳腺导管原位癌超声征象与免疫组化标记物相关性研究

目的探讨乳腺导管原位癌超声征象与免疫组化指标雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）和人表皮生长因子受体2（HER-2）表达的相关性。方法选择2010年5月至2013年10月收治的60例乳腺导管原位癌患者，均给予彩色多普勒超声及ER、PR和HER-2表达的免疫组化分析。结果超声表现：36例表现为肿块有边缘毛刺，34例表现肿块后方回声衰减，30例表现为肿块伴微钙化，血流丰富者31例。免疫分析：ER阳性率为56．7％，PR阳性率为75．0％，HER-2过表达率为30．0％。边缘毛刺征组和后方声衰减组的ER阳性率表达都明显增加（P〈0．05），微钙化组的HER-2过表达率明显增加（P〈0．05）。结论在乳腺癌中，毛刺征、后方声衰减征象可在一定程度上反映ER的表达情况，钙化征象可反映HER-2的表达情况。

The correlations between the ultrasonographic signs and immunohistochemical markers in ductal carcinoma patients

Objective To investigate the correlations between the uhrasonographic signs and immunohistochemical markers （ER, PR and HER-2）in ductal carcinoma patients. Methods Selected 60 cases patients with ductal carcinoma in situ in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2013, all cases were given color Doppler ultrasound and ER, PR and HER-2 expression by immunohistochemical analysis. Results The sonographic findings ： 36 cases of spiculation, 34 cases of posterior echo attenuation mass, 30 cases of microcalcifications, 31 cases of rich blood. Immunoassay： the ER-positive rate was 56.7% , the PR positive rate was 75.0% , the HER-2 overexpression rate was 30. 0%. The expression of ER-positive in the spiculation group and the posterior echo attenuation mas group were significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the HER- 2 overexpression in the microcalcifications group was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions In breast cancer, spiculation, rear acoustic attenuation signs may reflect the expression of ER, and the signs of calcification may reflect the HER-2 expression.
