盐酸尼卡地平治疗颅脑肿瘤术后高血压的临床观察

目的探讨盐酸尼卡地平治疗颅脑肿瘤术后高血压的疗效。方法选择2010年6月至2012年11月期间收治的60例颅脑肿瘤术后高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为低剂量组和高剂量组各30例，均给予盐酸尼卡地平治疗，低剂量组患者给予3．0μg／（kg·min）治疗，高剂量组为6．0μg／（kg·min）治疗，观察疗效，比较两种剂量下患者的血压和心率变化情况。结果用药后，高剂量组患者血压水平低于低剂量组（P〈0．05），心率高于低剂量组（P〈0．05），治疗总有效率（96．7％）明显高于低剂量组（70．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；同时高剂量组不良反应率（26．7％）明显高于低剂量组（6．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论颅脑肿瘤手术后出现高血压的患者可应用盐酸尼卡地平治疗，能快速有效降低血压，预防术后并发症的发生。

Clinical observation of treatment of hypertension by nicardipine hydrochloride after craniotomy

Objective To summarize the analysis of nicardipine hydrochloride treatment of brain tumor surgery hypertension. Methods From June 2010 to November 2012, 60 cases of brain tumor surgery patients with hypertension for the study were randomly divided into low-dose group and high dose group, 30 patients were treated with nicardipine hydrochloride amlodipine therapy, low-dose group were given 3.0μg/kg min treatment, high-dose group were given 6. 0μg/kg . min treatment, the effects were observed, comparing two doses of blood pressure and heart rate changes. Results After treatment, blood pressure levels in patients with high-dose group was lower than that of the low-dose group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , heart rate was higher than that of the low-dose group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, total effective rate was 96.7%, higher than that of the low dose group 70.0%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; while the adverse reaction rate of the high dose group was 26. 67% , higher than that of the low-dose group（6. 67% ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Brain tumor after surgery in patients with high blood pressure can be applied nicardipine hydrochloride treatment that can quickly and effectively lower blood pressure, prevent postoperative complications.
